SKM Grout Marker Pens - Recolor Grout Lines
SKM Industries grout marker pens allow you to simply recolor your existing grout lines. Don't feel stuck with your current stained grout. You can simply change the color of your grout with this non-toxic, fast-drying grout marker pen. The Grout-Aide grout and tile marker pigment formula also contains an antimicrobial sealant to prevent mold and mildew staining. Each grout marker pen contains 7.4 ml (1/4 fl oz) of coloring solution. This will recolor approximately 175 lineal feet of average grout lines. To apply the grout colorant, thoroughly wash surface. Shake grout marker pen for 30 seconds. This will dislocate the mixing ball plugging pen, and once you hear the ball rattle when shaking, it is ready to be used. Remove the Grout Aide grout and tile marker cap and press the nib tip down on a piece of scrap paper until the colorant comes out. It is important that the colorant fills the tip pores completely before using. This may take a few minutes so please be patient. Use the grout marker pen to recolor grout lines like you would use a standard pen or maker. If you make a mistake, simply wipe it off with a wet towel. The grout colorant takes about 2 minutes to dry.

Always test Grout Aide Markers in a small inconspicuous area first. Remember that the color shown is based on covering white grout. The color will change based on the color it is going over (you may get a more true color adding multiple coats). Think of it like hair dye: the color on the box is not necessarily the color your hair will turn out because they put the dye on a light blonde hair. If the color does not match or is not to your liking, quickly wipe the grout clean with a damp cloth. DO NOT let it dry.

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.
Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
